The newest pilots in the Afghan Air Force pose after receiving their wings and graduating from undergraduate pilot training and undergraduate helicopter training at a ceremony May 14, 2013 at Shindand Air Base, Afghanistan. AAF Air University takes dynamic formal stride
Afghan Air Force Lt. Col. Raees Khan, PeH education planning officer, official hands over six newly signed training decrees to Col. Mahmood Rahman, Commandant of Pohantoon-e-Hawayee “Air University”, in a ceremony May 4, 2013 at Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan. The development of the decrees was a team effort between the PeH leadership and their advisors from NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan.
